Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and patients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and helping them make informed decisions about their healthcare plans. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and compassionate manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
