Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our accounting and financial services team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Learning and mastering QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other relevant accounting apps
• Downloading financial statements, entering transactions, and reconciling bank accounts
• Conducting basic financial reviews and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
