Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer data, orders, and other related information. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure that all customer interactions are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently process customer data, orders, and other related information

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in customer data or orders
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
