Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. You'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's quality control standards

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
