Job Description

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, prevent issues, and delight them with our services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and you will be required to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, chat, and email

  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prevent issues by proactively identifying and addressing potential problems
  • Delight customers with our services and exceed their expectations
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same
  • Think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Have the right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
