We're seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Consumer Credit Card Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consumer Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing training and coaching to junior team members
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and retention targets
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and precision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working with credit card products and services
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and industry trends
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
