We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers, helping them navigate our tax preparation products and software. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a passion for learning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with their tax preparation products and software, addressing questions and issues related to downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as basic tax-related questions.
- Work collaboratively with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in tax preparation and customer service.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction ratings and resolution rates.

- Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour, plus a $310 certification bonus for completing our comprehensive training program.
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to work from home and set your own schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.

Requirements:
- No prior accounting or tax experience is required; we're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help our customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.
- Minimum 30 hours per week required, with the opportunity to work more if desired.
