Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our risk management and compliance initiatives. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and updating key data to ensure smooth operations across various departments. You'll work closely with our compliance experts and business leaders to identify and support data for ERM and risk assessments, gather and process data from multiple systems, and build dashboards to assess risk and control maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Support Data for ERM and Risk Assessments: You'll work closely with our compliance experts to identify and support data for ERM and risk assessments, ensuring that our risk management and compliance initiatives are informed by accurate and up-to-date information. - Gather and Process Data from Multiple Systems: You'll gather and process data from multiple systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data sources, to ensure that our risk management and compliance initiatives are supported by accurate and reliable data. - Build Dashboards to Assess Risk and Control Maturity: You'll build dashboards to assess risk and control maturity, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku to create visualizations that inform our risk management and compliance initiatives. - Apply Analysis Techniques to Improve Risk Evaluation Methods: You'll apply analysis techniques to improve risk evaluation methods, using tools such as R or Python to analyze data and identify trends and patterns. - Present Insights to Compliance Experts and Business Leaders: You'll present insights to compliance experts and business leaders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate complex information in a clear and compelling way. - Assist in Improving ERM and Risk Processes: You'll assist in improving ERM and risk processes, working closely with our compliance experts and business leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
What You'll Bring
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku: You'll have experience working with a range of data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku. - Experience in Legal, Compliance, ERM, or Risk Assessment Preferred: You'll have experience working in a legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment role, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of risk management and compliance. - Ability to Tell Stories through Data Visualization: You'll have the ability to tell stories through data visualization, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku to create compelling and informative visualizations. - Coding Skills in R or Python: You'll have coding skills in R or Python, with experience working with data analysis and visualization tools. - Excellent Communication and Willingness to Learn: You'll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and compelling way. You'll also be willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
