Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Research Panelist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Remote Data Entry Research Panelist, you'll be responsible for participating in online research studies, providing valuable feedback and insights to our clients, and helping us to gather data that informs business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in online research studies, providing accurate and detailed feedback and insights to our clients
- Complete data entry tasks, including typing and data collection, with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute
- Use your webcam and smartphone to participate in studies, as required
- Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace, with reliable internet access and a laptop or computer
- Follow oral and written instructions, and take direction from our team as needed
- Provide feedback and insights on products and services, helping our clients to improve their offerings
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, psychology) an asset
- Strong data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Ability to read, write, and understand written instructions
- Comfortable working in an environment without immediate supervision
- Reliable internet access and a laptop or computer
- Webcam and smartphone for participating in studies
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support
- Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, or other related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
