Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and promotions
  • Resolving complex issues related to online orders, shipping, and delivery
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Online business administration certification or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
