Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls to educate and answer customer questions regarding their warranty
  • Providing world-class customer service by navigating complex customer interactions and managing conflict in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex customer interactions and manage conflict
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions to complex customer issues
  • Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain an optimistic attitude in challenging situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry, including exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices

  • Familiarity with labor guides and part pricing
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
