What you'll do
As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information and assistance on flight schedules, fares, and travel documentation
- Rebooking passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Performing passenger check-in and baggage handling tasks
- Working with customers to resolve issues related to travel disruptions, cancellations, and delays
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
What you'll need for success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Familiarity with Sabre or other passenger service systems
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
