Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chat Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Chat Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to clients through our chat platform. You will be working with a variety of clients, including top-tier brands and companies, and will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients through our chat platform

  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with a variety of clients, including top-tier brands and companies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support and service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with client products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in a chat or email support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment

  • Experience working with a variety of clients and products
  • Strong knowledge of customer support software and systems
  • Experience with chat platforms and tools
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment
