Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Regular check-ins with customers: You'll develop an open communication line with customers to ensure that concerns are promptly heard and addressed.
  • Presentations and demos: You'll showcase our solutions to customers, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Sales coordination: You'll work closely with sales teams to coordinate efforts for services and license revenues.
  • Contract preparation: You'll prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Product value development: You'll drive product value by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions.
  • Trusted advisor relationships: You'll develop trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Reporting: You'll prepare weekly and monthly reports to track customer success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

3-5 years of experience

in a Financial (Accounts Payable), Technical, Business Administrative, or SAP FI/CO Analyst setting (Preferred).

Team spirit and the ability to take responsibility

for tasks (Required).

Strong written and communication skills

in English (Required).

The ability to adapt quickly

(Preferred).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills (Required).

The ability to promote products and grow relationships

(Preferred).

Schedule

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with 30-40 hours per week. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely, in-office, or in a hybrid arrangement that suits your needs.
