Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Timely and Accurate Entry of Flooring and Manufactured Goods Selections

Job Purpose:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for reviewing and entering selections provided by our customers into our WBS database. Your primary duties will include:
- Entering flooring and manufactured goods selections into our computer database within 24-48 hours of receipt.
- Entering in carpet exclusions and request trim estimates.
- Scanning in all documents for each quote entered.
- Entering revisions and/or changes and deleting old selections when applicable.
- Double-checking all selections entered for accuracy.
- Participating in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and enter selections provided by customers into our WBS database in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all data entered is accurate and up-to-date.
- Scan in all documents for each quote entered to maintain a paperless system.
- Enter revisions and/or changes and delete old selections when applicable to maintain data integrity.
- Double-check all selections entered for accuracy to prevent errors.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental and company goals.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
* Minimum High School Diploma Required
- Two years of administrative experience a plus
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline
- Possess problem-solving and analytical skills
- Computer skills a plus – Microsoft Office, Email etiquette
