Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, move-in/out services, and assisting with My Account (online accounts)
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve customer service goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior call center experience
  • Great attendance and punctuality
  • Excellent computer navigation skills
  • Ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Open to working overtime, including long hours, overnight, and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Adherence to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule

Technical Requirements:

For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are:

  • Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
  • Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
  • Speed test results: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload

Camera Requirements:

Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).

Work Schedule:

* Paid training: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST (hours may be adjusted)

  • Hours of operation (following training): Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate: $15.00/hour
