Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry clerk and research participant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing data entry tasks, micro tasks, and research studies from the comfort of your own home
  • Participating in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
  • Providing feedback and opinions on various products and services
  • Working independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your work and progress
  • Communicating effectively with our team and clients through email, phone, and video conferencing

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
  • Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory

Pay and Benefits
