Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Process Customer Orders: You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology.
• Be a Product Expert: We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to possess excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Prior Customer Service Experience: While prior customer service experience is a plus, we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish): You'll need to be fluent in both verbal and written forms of English and Spanish.
