Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails and chat/text messages from our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses.
* Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring timely and efficient communication with our customers.
* Identify and report system errors or anomalies, helping us to continuously improve our customer engagement processes.
* Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, meeting our high standards for customer engagement.
* ERA above 10% will include coaching and possible termination, ensuring that our team members are meeting our high expectations.
* Operate within multiple software platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and tools.
Education & Skills Required:
* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles, ensuring that you can provide expert advice and support to our customers.
* Must have access to high-speed internet, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home.
* High school diploma or GED, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
Work Schedule:
Our team works a variety of shifts, including:
* Monday (OFF)
* Tuesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
* Wednesday (OFF)
* Thursday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
* Friday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
* Saturday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
* Sunday (OFF)
