Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing product information, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and provide product information
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Must be available to travel for initial training at arenaflex's other North American locations
