Responsibilities
As a remote data entry clerk and focus research panelist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Completing data entry tasks and surveys
- Providing feedback and insights on products and services
- Conducting research studies using your laptop, smartphone, or other mobile devices
- Meeting minimum typing speed requirements (25 words per minute)
- Following instructions and directions from research moderators
- Maintaining a stable internet connection and a reliable computer or mobile device
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish is a plus, as it opens up more opportunities)
- Have a computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Be able to focus and follow through on tasks and instructions
- Have basic data entry skills and be able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Be available to work on a part-time basis, choosing your own hours and days
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, having the following skills and experience will be beneficial:
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support

Pay and Benefits
