Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat/Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer support via live chat, email, and other online channels, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues promptly and accurately, using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Assisting customers with order inquiries, account issues, technical problems, and other concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Logging and documenting customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborating with other teams to escalate complex issues as needed, leveraging your communication and problem-solving skills to drive resolution.
  • Meeting performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals, staying focused on delivering exceptional results and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer service, live chat, or technical support is a plus, demonstrating your ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
