Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for a Data Entry position that requires managing a shared inbox and accurately entering new and renewal authorizations into the arenaflex system. Key Responsibilities

As an Authorization Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a shared inbox and responding to incoming emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately entering new and renewal authorizations into the arenaflex system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both electronically and in hard copy format
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless workflow
  • Staying up-to-date with changing policies, procedures, and regulations, and implementing changes as necessary
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including patients, providers, and arenaflex colleagues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Residency: Must reside in the state of Illinois
  • Identification: Must possess a valid Illinois State ID or Driver's License (required for access to certain state systems)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage
  • Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a self-starter mindset are essential
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
