Key Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, your daily activities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
- Setting appointments and scheduling presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Performing presentations to clients and prospects, highlighting the value of our supplemental benefits
- Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
- Quality control to ensure exceptional service and accuracy in all interactions
- Leadership development through training and mentorship programs
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
- An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results and inspire others
- The ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including all levels of management and employees
- Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
