Job Summary
As an Offsite Invoice Payment Specialist - Data Entry, you will play a critical role in our team by accurately entering customer data, processing invoices, and reporting information. This part-time opportunity offers the flexibility to work from home, with a 20-25 hour per week schedule that fits into your life. Our comprehensive online training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Operate a personal computer by accurately entering required customer data, interpreting source documents, and following online programs and procedures.
- Handle exception items per procedures and understand the basic utilities industry concepts and terms necessary for proper data entry.
- Understand the fundamentals of the billing/payment process and have a complete understanding of arenaflex generic procedures and customer-specific requirements.
- Logically plan your workday by understanding and following all priorities, performing duties in accordance with proper time/quality standard routine, and using organizational skills to ensure no lost or missing bills.
Skills and Abilities
* Type 9,000 keystrokes per hour with accuracy.
- Ability to grasp and retain instructions, maintain a high level of concentration, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, with good analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Positive work attitude, consistently working scheduled hours, and willing to work extra hours, learn new accounts, and adjust schedules and/or account assignments as necessary.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Specialized training in keyboarding or prior keyboarding experience.
- Ability to attend on-site training for 4+ weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
