Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Inbound Call Center, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large volumes of incoming calls in a fast-paced work environment
  • Providing customers with courteous and professional customer service in person or over the phone
  • Providing account information to customers, including account balances, history, and payments
  • Data Entry and processing customer transactions
  • Assisting customers in the reconciliation of their accounts
  • Building effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs
  • Processing customer transactions and ensuring all necessary information is in place prior to completing the transaction
  • Opening new accounts and performing other related duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • One to two years of related experience or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Bilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
