Job Summary
As an Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to visitors on our clients' websites via live chat software. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, and we are seeking reliable, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
* Interact daily with visitors on our clients' websites via live chat software, providing exceptional customer support in real-time
- Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Continuously demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service
- Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
