The Role As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Weekend Remote, you'll be responsible for managing the prescription needs of injured workers, ensuring efficient and accurate service. This full-time remote position involves working alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, providing an opportunity to work from home during weekend shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in pharmacy networks * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits * Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data * Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications * Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients * Performing other duties as assigned Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems * Experience in Microsoft Office * Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions * Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette Nice-to-Haves While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills would be a valuable asset in this role.
