Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored solutions to drive their growth and success. Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Understanding client business needs and developing tailored solutions to drive their growth and success
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve individual and team marketing goals
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients
  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business, communications)
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices (e.g., SEO, social media marketing, email marketing)
  • Experience with Google Promotion Arrangements and other digital marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience building trusted relationships with C-level executives

  • Experience with data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools
  • Experience with project management and team leadership
  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)

  • A base salary range of $148,000-$227,000 per year, depending on experience and location
