Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our electronic health records system. You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure that patient information is up-to-date and accurate, and that our data is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our electronic health records system

  • Verify and validate patient information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Work closely with clinical teams to ensure that patient information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in patient data
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve data entry processes and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and communication
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 7 years of experience in a clinical or administrative setting

  • 3+ years of experience in data entry and management
  • Strong knowledge of electronic health records systems and data management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting

  • Knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Certification in medical records or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
