Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer interactions via phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues, answering questions, and providing product/service information
  • Utilizing arenaflex's provided systems to manage customer interactions, track issues, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meeting and exceeding performance standards, including metrics such as first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling time
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Be a U.S. resident (excluding residents of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
  • Possess strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and resolve issues
  • Have basic computer knowledge and typing ability, with the ability to navigate arenaflex's systems and software
  • Be able to follow detailed instructions and meet performance standards, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
  • Spanish language skills are a bonus, but not necessary
