Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chat Support Assistant who can deliver exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely, professional, and friendly support. This is a part-time remote position, providing you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities
