Job Summary:
As a Veterinary Customer Success Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and their staff. Your primary responsibility will be to build trust with our customers through open communication, address their needs, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development within our organization, with the potential to work closely with veterinarians and veterinary surgeons.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build sustainable relationships with veterinarians and veterinary technicians through interactive communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to inbound customer calls and emails, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services.
- Identify and assess customer needs by staying up-to-date on our products and services, providing personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, offering alternatives and following up to ensure resolution.
- Inform customers about additional products or services that may benefit their needs, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account and shipping information in our company software and inventory systems.
- Enter sales orders accurately, ensuring quantities, codes, and customer information match.
- Communicate with sales representatives regarding backorder status, ensuring seamless customer support.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure coverage and provide support to our customers.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the veterinary or medical industry required.
- Minimum of two years (2) of experience in a customer service/support position required.
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with experience in CRM and ERP systems a plus.
- Ability to prepare correspondence, develop reports, and enter customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Customer Service: Provide a high level of interactive service to our targeted customer base, building relationships and acting as an internal company advocate.

- Organization & Time Management: Work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling, and organizing your professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines.
- Adaptability to Change: Be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to, and positively and proactively assimilate change in a rapid growth environment.
- Systems & Software: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
