Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to business operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business product spaces.

• Respond to key business questions and provide expert knowledge on various trade streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an analytics and data science space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a compelling story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present to senior leadership

Good TO-HAVES

* Master's degree in a scientific field

• Demonstrated data analysis skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong inspiration and ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
