Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This will involve:

  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Proactively identifying solutions to customer problems and escalating complex issues to senior team members

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools, including CRM software and online platforms

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6+ months of experience working with PC and electronic equipment
  • Ability to change your schedule regularly (typically), with a multi-day advance notice
  • Willingness to submit and complete a pre-employment drug assessment
