Role Overview

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our e-commerce platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Developing and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players and maximize our product selection and customer base
  • Guiding sellers through best practices for online selling, including data-driven insights to help them achieve high levels of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor issues and improve overall platform performance
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitor efforts to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the e-commerce space

Key Responsibilities

* Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments, and monitor competitor efforts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire high-quality sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations
  • Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights to help them achieve high levels of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
  • Participate in and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall platform performance

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives through consultative and solutions-focused processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning
  • Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex data and communicate insights effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of e-commerce experience is a plus

  • 3 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
  • 3 years of direct sales experience is a plus
