Job Description:

arenaflex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Back Office Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management and administrative processes. You will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and updating data across various systems, as well as providing general administrative support to the team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong data entry skills and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Data Entry:
    • Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and CRM software.
    • Proofread and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
    • Follow established data entry protocols and procedures.
    • Maintain data integrity by adhering to data confidentiality and security guidelines.
  • Back Office Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, answering phones, and scheduling meetings.
    • Process invoices and other financial documents.
    • Assist with project management tasks as needed.
    • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
    • Adapt to new technologies and processes readily.
    • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
