Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred + 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines + Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working in a call center or customer support environment + Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools + Experience with data analysis and reporting + Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience mentoring and developing team members
Responsibilities
