Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – AI and Machine Learning Development

As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing our AI strategy to elevate our designer experience platform and accelerate application development within arenaflex. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply advanced analytics to large-scale data to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement AI and machine learning models using quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL with distributed storage solutions like S3, Flash, and Vector Dataset.

• Design and train models for experimentation and validation, leveraging expertise in cutting-edge AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through analysis, data modeling, and handling missing values, anomalies, and outliers.
• Select and calibrate ML algorithms, train models, and optimize hyperparameters to achieve optimal predictive performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to integrate AI-powered solutions into our designer experience platform.
• Develop and communicate complex AI model insights to non-technical stakeholders, distilling technical expertise into actionable recommendations.
• Apply ML methods to drive engineer efficiency and productivity, with a focus on automation and process optimization.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.

• Proven experience in AI and machine learning development, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects.
• Expertise in quantitative programming languages, including Python, R, and SQL, with experience working with distributed storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of advanced AI algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models.
• Experience with data modeling, data quality, and data visualization, with a focus on ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
