Podcast Manager and Content Operations Manager ...

Remote Full-time Live

Summary Who We’re Looking For: - We’re hiring a full-time Podcast & Content Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our podcast—from scheduling, coordination, and guest management to helping our team land on other people’s shows. - This isn’t just a production role. This is for someone highly organized, fluent in English, and ready to own the logistics of a fast-moving content team. - You’ll work directly with our internal hosts, video team, and media partners to keep our podcast engine running—and growing. - If you're the kind of person who lives in checklists, loves hitting deadlines, and can herd creative cats, this might be your dream role. Core Responsibilities You’ll be in charge of podcast operations across three key areas: 1. Podcast Production Management - Manage our podcast calendar, including host rotations, guest interviews, and filming sessions - Coordinate podcast recording sessions (in-studio or virtual) with guests, internal hosts, and production team - Review and approve podcast edits (audio + video) before publishing - Manage show notes, titles, descriptions, and CTAs across Spotify, Apple, YouTube, and more - Oversee timelines to ensure episodes are edited and released on schedule 2. Guest Booking + Appearance Management - Coordinate inbound and outbound podcast guest bookings → (We have a partner agency helping with this—you’ll manage and oversee the process.) - Schedule appearances for our team on other podcasts (manage outreach, follow-ups, and prep) - Ensure all guests (incoming and outgoing) are fully briefed and prepped 3. Performance + Content Strategy Support - Track key podcast metrics (downloads, engagement, conversion, etc.) - Help identify what’s working and suggest content angles based on trends + top-performing episodes - Collaborate with content, YouTube, and studio teams to repurpose podcast clips for social media and email - Keep internal team organized and clear: who’s hosting, what’s the topic, and what’s the next deadline? You Might Be a Fit If You... - Speak and write fluent English - Have experience managing podcasts or content production projects → (If you’ve helped run a podcast or supported one as a VA or coordinator—tell us!) - Are comfortable working across multiple calendars, tools, and time zones - Have strong attention to detail and great follow-through - Know how to work inside Google Drive, Zoom, , Slack, Canva, Editing software, etc. Bonus: You’ve done light audio/video editing or worked with editors to get content over the finish line Bonus: You have design experience (One Sheets, basic branding assets, Canva, etc.) Results We Expect: - A studio and podcast schedule that runs like clockwork - Guests booked, prepped, and happy to come back - Our team scheduled regularly to appear on aligned shows - Podcast edits shipped, reviewed, and published without delays - Metrics tracked and shared so we can make smart content decisions - Internal chaos turned into calm coordination Experience We’re Looking For - 2–5+ years in a virtual assistant, project manager, or content ops role - Podcast management or coordination experience - Strong written communication (you’ll be emailing guests + coordinating logistics) - References or proof of past success in a similar content/podcast support role What You’ll Get - A fast-moving, supportive team - A clear lane to own and operate - Long-term potential to grow with the brand - Access to a studio and media assets to do great work How to Apply Send us: - A short intro on why you’re a great fit - Any samples or examples of podcasts you’ve helped manage - A brief description of your podcast or content coordination experience - Your favorite podcast right now (we read everything) Final Note - You don’t need to have managed a “top 10” podcast to succeed here. But you do need to be organized, thoughtful, and ready to take full ownership of a dynamic podcast operation. - This is a content-forward role for someone who loves systems, creativity, and helping great ideas come to life.
