Job Summary

As a Remote Admin Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting administrative information into our systems, working closely with our team to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities

  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Update existing data, making necessary changes and updates as required.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, utilizing your knowledge of databases and computer systems.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation, maintaining the integrity of our systems.

Requirements

* Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
