Job Summary
As a Customer Care Professional – Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, developing key selling skills, and working in a fast-paced, organized client care environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls, respond to client inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Record important data as per established procedures and techniques
- Comply with all administrative and compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
* Customer service experience (two years+) with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
