The Role

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our 95+ million members. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your toolkit to help solve problems, provide solutions, and make a positive impact in the lives of others. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Educating customers on disease management programs and recommending healthy living programs
  • Accessing regular development opportunities and mentorship to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Enjoying the perks of working in a wellness-oriented industry, including on-site gyms, cafeterias, massage appointments, and social activities

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High-level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (a plus)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus
