Job Summary

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with clients and providing them with exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer complaints, and upselling our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from clients, providing them with exceptional service and support

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service and sales environment
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service and sales environment, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Sales Professional)
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
