Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our brand. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
- Promote arenaflex products and services, ensuring customers understand our offerings and benefits
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Requirements
* Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
