Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

* Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions, including product or service recommendations, pricing, and availability

  • Schedule services and appointments with customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Make outbound calls to customers and staff to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, order processing, and troubleshooting
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the pest control or wildlife services industry

  • Familiarity with sales and customer service software, including CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or other languages relevant to our customer base

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
