Responsibilities:

* Customer Support Channels: You'll be responsible for managing our customer support channels, ensuring that every customer interaction is prompt, professional, and helpful.

  • Tech Support Tickets: You'll create and manage tech support tickets, escalating any issues that may arise and working closely with our development team to resolve them.
  • Customer Feedback: You'll collect and share customer feedback, using it to inform product development and improve our overall customer experience.
  • Daily Tasks: You'll assist with daily tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and other administrative duties.

The Role:

* Remote: You'll work from the comfort of your own home, or any other location that suits you.

  • Part-time: We're looking for someone to work 20 hours per week, with flexible hours that accommodate your needs.
