Position Overview

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in processing child support payments in our SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data entry, research, and analysis, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This is a remote position, but you must reside in the state of Ohio to be eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Collect, research, organize, and analyze data with precision and accuracy
• Work collaboratively as a team member, while also demonstrating independence and self-motivation
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet stringent schedules and timelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least one year prior experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
