Job Summary

As a Data Entry/Indexing Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images, performing document classification validation, and conducting data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents. You'll also be responsible for validating redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents, performing manual meta-data indexing from digital documents, and ensuring quality control of documents converted to digital format.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images

• Perform document classification validation of automatically classified documents
• Conduct data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents
• Validate redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents
• Perform manual meta-data indexing from digital documents
• Ensure quality control of documents converted to digital format
• Conduct check data validation of incoming checks
• Reconcile check batch totals
• Distribute check amounts to appropriate accounts as required by the customer

Requirements

* Proficiency in typing and willingness to take a typing test

• Experience in high-speed data entry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and be flexible
• Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a data entry or indexing environment

• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
