Job Description

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
